Hoosier Handy Help is a local handyman service based in Indianapolis. I serve surrounding areas like Greenwood, Fishers, Carmel, Beech Grove, and a few others nearby. I started this business in 2024 with a simple goal in mind. Help people and fix problems around their homes. My name is Randy, and I’ve been in the customer service industry since 2010. Most of my career was spent in the automotive collision industry where I worked closely with customers, coworkers, and insurance companies. Toward the end of that chapter, I started feeling like I wasn’t able to truly help people anymore. Insurance rules and red tape made it harder to do what was right. So in October of 2024, I decided to take a different path. I started Hoosier Handy Help so I could get back to doing what I care about most—helping people and making their lives easier. Whether it's repairing drywall, installing a door, or just knocking out a list of small fixes, I take pride in doing quality work and making sure my customers feel taken care of. I believe in showing up on time, communicating clearly, and doing the job right the first time. If something’s not right, I’ll fix it. It’s that simple. Most of my business comes from word-of-mouth and repeat customers, and that only happens when people feel good about the service they received. At the end of the day, I just want to be someone you can count on when something around the house needs attention.
